What if an item is out of stock ?
Please contact us and we will do our best to obtain the item for you or keep you informed of when it becomes available.

How do I return or exchange a product ?
If you are not happy with a product, please notify us within 7 days and return to Frippery, Commerce Way, Whitehall Industrial Estate, Colchester, Essex CO2 8HH. Items returned in a saleable condition will be exchanged or refunded. Post and Packaging costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please ask for a free certificate of postage at the Post office.
